Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days from the delivery of the order.

All Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and without signs of wear or damage.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and like-item exchanges cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that you contact support@roughcreekibex.com prior to shipping your item to see if the item you are requesting is available.

Discounted/Sale Items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We accept returns by mail only. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping. It is recommended that you use an insured, trackable carrier. High Creek Outdoors is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
