Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. If you’re off the beaten path, reach out — we’ll do our best to get gear to your doorstep.

When will my order ship out?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email once it’s on the move.

Need it fast?

You’ll see expedited options at checkout. We’ve been there — campfire starts in 3 days, and you need that jacket.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can. Email support@roughcreekoutfitter.com right away. Once it’s out the door, it’s in the wild.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

If it’s been 30 days or less, and the gear’s still unworn and unwashed, you’re good to go. Start your return or exchange here

Do returns cost anything?

We accept in-store and by mail returns. Customer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping.  It is recommended that you use an insured, trackable carrier.  High Creek Outdoors is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How long until I see my refund?

Give us 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The banks take it from there.

How does your stuff fit?

Our gear is made for movement and built to last. It runs true to size with a slightly relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some styles come back, others are here for a season and gone for good. Best bet? Sign up for restock alerts and our newsletter — it’s how the first to know stay first.
